Profile

Jennifer joined the firm as an associate in 2009. Previously she practiced with another prominent litigation boutique, working on such matters as intellectual property, trademark, entertainment and privacy issues.

Jennifer now has a broad civil litigation practice including the defence of personal injury claims, statutory accident benefits, occupiers' liability, professional negligence, property and casualty claims.

She has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and in the Superior Court of Justice. She has also assisted with matters at the Ontario Court of Appeal.
